Senior Creative Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented individual to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints, from product imagery to A+ content.

  • Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams, including product photography, Amazon Storefront design, and A+ content.
  • Direct all photography efforts—including product, model, and lifestyle shoots—by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.

This includes reviewing and quality-checking all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.

Oversight of creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices, is also a key responsibility.

A successful candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in the luxury category or Amazon. Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development is essential.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles to effectively collaborate with design counterparts.

Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.
