Job Title: AI Visual Strategist

 

About the Role

As a skilled visual strategist, you'll craft compelling visuals using advanced technologies. This role involves pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence to create stunning visuals and videos.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, visually rich concepts for AI tools to generate photo-realistic images, cinematic videos, and stylized visual content.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content leads to bring ideas to life using generative tools.
  • Constantly test, refine, and experiment with various platforms to improve visual outputs.
  • Build a structured library for future use and optimization.

 

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics — composition, color, typography, lighting, and movement.
  • Working knowledge of AI content tools (like Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Sora).
  • Excellent command of language — you know how to describe visuals in a way that machines understand.
  • A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.
  • A portfolio that shows a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.

 

Must Haves

  • Basic editing skills in industry-standard software.
  • Experience in creating Travel, fashion, lifestyle, or digital-first brand content.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds.
