As a seasoned AI strategist, you will lead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that drive business impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution leadership: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and design innovative AI solution concepts.
  • Technical architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution ideas, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team mentorship: Foster best practices and ensure project accountability by guiding cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Prior consulting, pre-sales, or freelance experience demonstrating an ability to work effectively with external clients.

Requirements include:

  • Availability for 5-8 hours overlap with EST according to client needs
  • Immediate or up to 1-2 weeks notice
