Creative Visual Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging static graphics and motion content tailored for social media platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ideating, storyboarding and executing concepts that fluidly translate across social and digital experiences. They will also collaborate closely with project managers, digital strategists and fellow designers to deliver out-of-the-box creative for multiple brands simultaneously.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2–6 years of agency experience designing for a variety of brands. You will also need to have a deep familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD or Figma) and a striking sense of color, typography, layout and image/video manipulation elevated by creativity.
You will be expected to manage timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality work. Additionally, you will need to stay attuned to the latest trends in social content, visual storytelling and digital design, championing innovation as part of our agency DNA.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, imaginative static graphics and motion content tailored for social media platforms.
- Edit and produce dynamic video posts—reels, stories, teasers—that amplify client brands and invite interaction.
- Ideate, storyboard and execute concepts that fluidly translate across social and digital experiences.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, digital strategists and fellow designers to deliver out-of-the-box creative for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Stay attuned to the latest trends in social content, visual storytelling and digital design—championing innovation as part of the agency DNA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2–6 years of agency experience designing for a variety of brands.
- A deep familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD or Figma).
- A striking sense of color, typography, layout and image/video manipulation elevated by creativity.
- Experience adapting visual and interactive assets for platform-specific specs, brand voice, and rapid publishing cycles.
