To support this vision, we are seeking a Senior Quality Manager who will play a crucial role in driving quality operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

This position is responsible for monitoring program metrics, providing insights and analysis, and offering recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the Senior Quality Manager will help manage the implementation of improvement efforts on services and processes, ensuring that quality is always met by leading quality audits and reporting its findings. This individual will also propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of impactful and measurable action plans to address opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrated management ability across diverse functions, including direct reports, cross-functional relationships, and third-party vendors. They should possess strong practical experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Documents, as well as statistical aptitude and quality certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, etc.). Fluency in spoken and written English is required. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
