As a Director of Operations at TaskUs, you will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to these programs. Your goal will be to focus on client satisfaction and lead your team to achieve excellence in operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Multitasking with ease and proficiency to handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
  • Daily interactions with all company departments/campaign team leaders and the management team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining an open line of communication between staff and senior management to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Managing and staffing the operations assigned to you.
  • Ensuring compliance with all established policies and procedures.
  • Developing individual and team goals and implementing plans to carry out objectives.
  • Guiding the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.

You will also be responsible for regular monitoring of operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training, offering excellent clientele service, problem resolution, and other related tasks.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Operations/Vice President of Operations to craft operations procedures that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent. You must be able to build and maintain client relationships, manage at least 1,000 FTEs, and possess strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications.

A proven track record of meeting and delivering targets is essential, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills. A professional, courteous, and resilient attitude is a must.
