About the Role

Carryfast Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Director to oversee its transport operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation management and the ability to lead a team to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage all aspects of transport operations, including fleet management, route optimization, and supply chain coordination.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with business goals.
  • To analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • To promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the transport operations team.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in transportation management. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
