Job Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our channel development efforts in the MMR region.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects by building and nurturing a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across site locations to achieve project sales goals
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project objectives
- Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning and coaching
- Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane
- Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources
- Coordinate with on-site sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures
Requirements
- A strong channel partner network across MMR (especially Thane)
- Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate
- A self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets
