Strategic Bidding Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Bidding Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our bidding strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize proposal success and increase client acquisition
  • Lead and manage a team of bidders to achieve higher conversion rates
  • Mentor team members on best practices in Upwork bidding and business development
  • Select high-value projects that align with company goals and objectives
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and analysis
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members)
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication
  • Must have worked with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia)
  • Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English
