Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across industries (startups, MSMEs, eCommerce, healthcare, education, retail, etc.).
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Crunchbase, email campaigns, and social media.
- Maintain and manage lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
- Execute cold email, LinkedIn, and social media outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates).
