Revenue Management Professional
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Professional to lead the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies across our portfolio of upscale hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-property revenue management plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to inform pricing strategies and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with general managers and operations teams to align revenue and commercial strategies
- Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance dashboards to support business decision-making
- Support the pre-opening phase of new hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies
- Introduce scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management
Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
- Proven track record of improving revenue growth, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs
