Revenue Management Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Professional to lead the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies across our portfolio of upscale hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-property revenue management plans to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to inform pricing strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with general managers and operations teams to align revenue and commercial strategies
  • Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Support the pre-opening phase of new hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies
  • Introduce scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management

Requirements

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
  • Proven track record of improving revenue growth, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs
