Job Title:
Reservation Executive.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Reservation Executive to lead our front office team in ensuring accurate reservations, settlements, and exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the accuracy of reservations inputted by individual hotels
- Ensure seamless settlements are conducted timely
- Follow up with B2B clients as necessary for extended credit
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as a supervisor or executive in reservation/front office departments of 3*/4* hotels
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Graduate degree in any stream; a diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality management is preferred
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Hindi speaking
