Reservations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Executive to join our hospitality start-up. This individual will be responsible for setting up and managing the company's end-to-end reservations process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage reservations across various channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline platforms.
  • Handle guest communication effectively, utilizing calls, emails, and WhatsApp messaging.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in hotel management and have at least 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
