Financial Management Role

The role of Chartered Accountant at our organization involves managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Key duties include managing accounts receivable, liaising with external auditors, and maintaining accurate financial statements.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis. The CA will act as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and business-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
