Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounting professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, in coordination with the CA/consultant.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools, with a strong understanding of their application in an accounting context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
