
Senior Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Strategist with expertise in short-term vacation rentals to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for data-driven professionals who can drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based vacation rental properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to inform revenue decisions.
- Analyze market trends, pacing data, and competitor performance to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
- Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
- Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to enhance property performance and alignment.
- Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Prioritize ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
- Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
