
Commercial Growth Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled and commercially focused individual to assume a key role in accelerating revenue growth.
This position will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, analyzing client segments, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven insights, builds scalable processes, and enables the organization to outperform in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
- Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
- Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
- Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for leadership reviews to influence growth priorities and cross-functional alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
