Business Development Specialist

Lloyds Ventures is a leading research and advisory company in the telecom sector, dedicated to helping companies expand globally. We're seeking a qualified Inside Sales and Business Manager to establish relationships with top brands across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company that has been recognized by top agencies, including Bloomberg, CNN, BBC, and the United Nations.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Identifying and developing new customers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling potential within existing customers.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to maximize the share of wallet.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to drive business growth.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least one year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or inside sales, preferably in the computer hardware, IT infrastructure, or cloud computing industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are a self-starter with a high level of resilience, a strong networker, and a goal-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
