The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Identifying and developing new customers to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling potential within existing customers.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to maximize the share of wallet.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to drive business growth.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least one year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or inside sales, preferably in the computer hardware, IT infrastructure, or cloud computing industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You are a self-starter with a high level of resilience, a strong networker, and a goal-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
