Main Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • In partnership with the business leader, developing efficient HR solutions that meet business challenges and ensuring the effective application of Group HR policies.
  • Contributing to the design of organizations to suit business needs, including skills, resources, and processes.
  • Managing the People aspect of the SPS, which includes talent management, performance management, competency management, engagement, diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinating site-level resources and business needs within the framework of the organization.
  • Leading change management processes and ensuring the correct implementation of HR processes and programs around company values.
  • Contribute to people development, key talents, and individual cases in line with regulations and values.
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level.
  • Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity.
  • Contribute to occupational health and ensure data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems.
