Strategic HR Leader & Rewards Professional

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources Business Partner function and Total Rewards strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to drive business growth through strategic people management.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall goals. This will involve working closely with senior management to shape and deliver a people strategy, providing advisory services on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy. The individual will also be responsible for leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.

Total Rewards:

The selected candidate will lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions. This will involve partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for owning and executing the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
