Business Development Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise sales growth in the SAARC region. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and leverage their expertise in the BFSI industry to expand our market presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new business within existing accounts by comprehending the customer's operations and identifying commercial potential.
- Establish and grow sales pipelines for financial services solutions, driving sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Responsible for business outcomes, keeping a close watch on adoption, application health, and value derived by customers from the investment.
- Drive QBRs governance for assigned customer accounts.
- Drive Account Planning, identify whitespace, proactively maps stakeholders, and defines actions across the account team to capture new business.
- Proactively manage churn and drive customer retention, contributing to sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Prior track record of successful delivery of enterprise software solutions to customers in technical/functional/technofunctional roles.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing large enterprise customer relationships in the BFSI industry in both domestic and international markets.
- Enhances client engagements and fosters lasting relationships with strong critical thinking skills and informed decision-making.
- Utilizes a strategic mindset to expand sales, predict future trends, and approach problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong result orientation and focus towards target achievement.
- Prior experience in building and leading winning teams.
