Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Director - IT Division to spearhead our business growth strategy in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends to inform future business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Development Director or equivalent role in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
