Drive Strategic Value Creation in Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the way in creating strategic value in mergers and acquisitions.

  • Develop and execute strategies for post-merger integration, carve-outs, and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients at the leadership and CXO levels during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders within client teams and BDO, ensuring seamless global team collaboration.

In today's fast-paced market, value creation in deals requires a broader perspective. We seek candidates with experience in planning and implementing integrations and separations of front office and back office functions, as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project management engagements with strong PMO skills and ability to work in high-pressure deals environments.
  • Build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility internally and externally.
  • Maintain business relationships and drive decision-making and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operational due diligence and transformation.
  • CA or MBA qualification.
