Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

Job Description:

  • The strategic growth manager will spearhead business expansion initiatives to drive rapid user acquisition and revenue growth for our B2B product.

Main Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost business growth, user engagement, and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
  • Foster customer satisfaction and enhance the overall product experience.
  • Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including profit and loss statements, customer onboarding, and activation rates.
Client Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including financial institutions, payment providers, and third-party service providers.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them efficiently.
  • Cultivate key staff relationships within client companies to foster profitable partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry competition.
Product Enablement
  • Become proficient in our company's products and offerings.
  • Create high-quality decks highlighting the value proposition as part of the sales pitch.
  • Work closely with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing customers onto our products.
  • Effectively manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in developing and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
