Strategic Channel Partnership Leader

As a seasoned professional, we seek an individual to spearhead our channel partner and sourcing efforts. This leadership role is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and alternative channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build the sourcing organization structure, including CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activations
  • Develop CP incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals
  • Persuasively engage with top-tier CPs and institutional partners for business activation
  • Hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers/executives
  • Drive CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms
  • Report CP channel contribution distinctly, including visits, bookings, and revenue

Deliverables:

  • Sourcing team setup within 6 months
  • 50-70% sales contribution from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark)
  • Robust corporate partnership pipeline
  • Structured CP meet/event calendar

Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA or graduate with a strong sales background
  • 12-15 years of real estate sales experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputable developers
  • Extensive CP network across Davangere and Karnataka
  • Proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
