
Strategic Channel Manager

The operational lead of our partner co-sell and channel strategy drives business growth through effective program management.
This role is responsible for maintaining program structure, ensuring cross-functional accountability, and driving execution across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless task execution. Drive accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
- Interface directly with partner platforms and other systems.
- Manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks such as:
- Data uploads
- System updates and marketplace changes
- Reporting submissions and event re-enrollments
Compile reports and performance scorecards. Propose enhancements to tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.
Partner with business teams to identify growth opportunities (e.g., new listings, account coverage).
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of program management, partner operations, or channel experience.
- Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex trackers and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
This role requires flexibility during business hours.
