Job Title: Real Estate Channel Partner Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Real Estate Channel Partner Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our real estate partners.

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify and develop new real estate channel partner opportunities
* Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel at our partner accounts
* Coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
* Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
* Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
* Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
* Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
* Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
* Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
* Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
* Proactively recruits new qualifying partners

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Thorough understanding of the industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible to travel to partner locations
* Solution-oriented outlook
* Ability to build lasting relationships
