We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our real estate team. You will drive residential property sales, manage leads, conduct site visits, and provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify incoming leads through calls and follow up on them.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project details, floor plans, pricing, and builder schemes.
  • BUILD long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist in closing deals with support from senior team members.
  • Regularly update CRM tools and follow up with leads.
  • Coordinate with developers/builders for inventory, pricing updates, and client coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: HSC or Graduate (BCom/BMS/BBA preferred)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in real estate or direct sales preferred
  • MUST have a smartphone, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
