
Real Estate Strategic Operations Executive

As a highly skilled Strategic Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our real estate organization.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness. Your expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management will enable you to effectively manage large-scale projects, prioritize critical tasks, and make informed decisions that align with our company's overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Execution: Own and manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement.
- Leadership Alignment: Foster clear, consistent communication and collaboration within the leadership team to drive strategic goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Effectively manage resources and timelines for high-priority projects across the organization.
- Change Adoption: Successfully integrate new initiatives, technologies, and business models with high engagement and minimal disruption.
- Business Growth: Drive measurable improvements in revenue, market share, and operational efficiency due to strategic initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
- Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
- Experience in driving change within real estate organizations, including technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural transformation.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Analytical thinking: Strong ability to break down complex problems and create actionable solutions.
- Project management: Proficient in managing large-scale projects using methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive teams towards common goals.
Proven experience in multiple real estate projects from founders/CEO office. Previous experience in high-growth real estate firms, market expansion initiatives, or large-scale property development projects is a plus.
