Research Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Lead to conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on commercial real estate markets, business locations, construction, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports, including whitepapers, articles, and industry publications, to support both client and internal requirements.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, talent, city infrastructure to provide actionable insights that inform client-specific assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a structured research knowledge base for internal and client use.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or experience setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is desirable.
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities. Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
