About this role

This position involves leading the evaluation, structuring and execution of real estate acquisitions across India. The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions or asset management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and structure real estate acquisition opportunities to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze financial models and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop tax and capital structures for new acquisitions in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
  • Create investment memoranda, approval notes and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor asset performance and drive value creation through key asset management functions.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA, CFA or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Proven track record in real estate, investments, acquisitions or asset management.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate risks and solve complex problems.
  • Skilled in preparing high-impact presentations and strong networking abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across functions and work independently.
  • Self-starter with positive attitude, strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.
