We are seeking a Business Development Manager who can excel in designing organizational health risk management and wellness programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to create tailored health risk management and wellness plans.
  • Develop implementation strategies, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in suitable health management vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication and engagement.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs and ensure successful execution.
  • Manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements, leading and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Build trusted relationships with client contacts through timely and right advice, as well as efficient quality execution of projects.
  • Work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, besides leading health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
  • Analyze health risks and develop effective management strategies to mitigate them.
  • Responsible for structuring customer proposal and consulting report formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects.
  • Set up data analysis structures and methodologies, and/or undertake organizational health risk data analysis of an organization.
  • Present health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support business development staff/general consultants in negotiation and acquisition of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of new value propositions, products, tools, and approaches.
  • Negotiate and select health management vendors for various programs.
  • Evaluate health management vendors for various health management programs, negotiate with them, and finalize terms and conditions with selected vendors.
