
Business Development Manager

Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategic plans to meet their advertising needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, while maintaining open communication with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze client briefs to understand their objectives and preferences
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Presentation of advertising proposals and campaign strategies to clients
- Provide strategic guidance to clients based on market trends and consumer insights
- Address client concerns and resolve any conflicts that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging advertising trends
- Foster client loyalty by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Ensure all advertising materials and campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build engaging client presentations
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel for drafting briefs and reports
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
