Job Title: Centre Business Development Manager
About the Role:This is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and expansion within a designated centre. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, develop strategies to increase sales and marketing efforts, and lead a team of professionals to achieve set targets.
Main Responsibilities:- To manage the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring seamless coordination with various departments and headquarters functions.
- To serve as the primary point of contact between the centre and headquarters departments, including Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
- To lead and motivate the sales and marketing team at the centre, guiding them towards achieving sales targets and developing innovative marketing strategies to enhance business generation.
- To regularly visit the allocated centre to monitor progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance to the team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
