Job Description">
  • Establish and manage a robust distributor network by identifying, negotiating and closing deals with key partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance with statutory regulations for newly appointed distributors.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets for primary and secondary markets, as well as the number of retail stores to be opened, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Effectively manage sales to distributors and retail stores, driving growth and achieving set targets through both personal sales efforts and leveraging the sales resources team.
  • Coordinate timely invoicing and dispatch processes with distributors, while also managing collections and outstanding balances, adhering strictly to FIFO principles and closely monitoring outstanding amounts.
  • Regularly confirm distributor balances and ensure timely reporting of daily sales, weekly inventory and sales reports, and monthly sales vs achievement reports with ageing analysis for distributors.
  • Directly responsible for opening and servicing high-performing A+ category retail outlets, focusing on model mix and product placement strategies.
  • Monitor, train, groom and motivate the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing ongoing support, information and guidance.
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels in terms of SKUs and overall stock levels.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and display strategies for company products across the entire area of operation.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize sales and inventory reports in accordance with provided timelines, as well as report competition activity to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives efficiently and effectively.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth, particularly in urban and rural areas.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Good market reputation for handling distributors, wholesalers and retailers to drive business growth.
