Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team as Store Manager. As the face of the brand in our store, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and luxurious shopping experience to every client, leading a motivated team, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the elegance and ethos of WeaveinIndia.
About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, visual displays, and stock management.
- Provide styling assistance, handle client queries, and offer after-sales support with a high level of professionalism.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
- Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular operational reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.
- Uphold the WeaveinIndia ethos in all client interactions, embodying the brand's values and craftsmanship story.
- Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations, acting as a brand ambassador and communicating WeaveinIndia's luxury retail expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies for business growth.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
- Knowledge of luxury retail practices, including customer service, sales techniques, and after-sales support.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
