We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our hospitality operations, driving excellence and efficiency across all assets.

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee multiple hospitality assets, ensuring international luxury standards and desired profitability.
  • Collaborate with luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial performance and profitability of the assets.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 15+ years in the Hospitality industry, 3+ years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and budgetary management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
