Job Title: Business Development and Project Management Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:

  • Clients Partnership:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in project management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
