BIM Project Management Professional

As a seasoned professional in BIM project management, you will assume a leadership role in managing multiple architecture, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & firefighting) projects simultaneously.

You will be responsible for team management, project management, client engagement, business development, budget oversight, and the implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships. Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Business Development: Participate actively in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services. Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase the company's advanced BIM capabilities.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight: Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is required. Location: Davangere, IN.
