Overview:

Building Information Modeller MEP

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modeller (BIM) to join our team. As a BIM Modeller MEP, you will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior, and landscape design schemes.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Utilize BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team and ensure in development of coordinated and clash-free models.
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
  • Assist in the review of shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
Requirements:

Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools such as Revit is essential for this role. You should have comprehensive knowledge in developing detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for various construction projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Industry experience in Architecture and Interior Design Projects would be beneficial. Proficiency in staying updated on the latest software updates, industry trends, and best practices is also necessary for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
