Job Description:

The successful MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and towns. They will work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

Responsibilities include developing detailed designs, preparing technical specifications, and managing project timelines and resources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC, power systems, and water distribution, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

The MEP Project Engineer will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing designs and specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
