Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our projects with expertise.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also be able to efficiently monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
  • Oversee and ensure proper documentation of all project deliverables.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to relevant stakeholders and team members.
  • Coach and support project team members in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage all MEP activities across projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
