Project Manager Position

The Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to project locations as needed, with a focus on regional development.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence and review all drawings and project plans.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, procurement plans, and milestone schedules.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide constructability reviews, identify value engineering opportunities, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in team leadership, research skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects accurately.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a construction or infrastructure development background.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Specialized in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Reporting Structure:

The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President - Projects.
