Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support our Technical Project Manager in managing and coordinating various projects within the organization.

  • This role involves PMO-related tasks, customer implementation support, and software solution expertise.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Technical Project Manager in tracking activities, timelines, and coordination.
  • Establishing and improving the Project Administration function at WDTS.
  • Maintaining and supporting project governance, processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Training and assisting teams in adopting project tools and practices.
  • Coordinating reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Supporting milestone tracking, task management, change requests, and implementation activities.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including procurement, resource coordination, budgets, and travel.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery.
  • Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Customer implementation project support experience.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline.
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
  • International travel adaptability and willingness to adjust working hours.

  • Project Management: Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
