Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong foundation in networking to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing projects using standard project management tools.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Support cut-over activities during project replacements or migrations.
  • Technical Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure tasks are delivered in line with design and standards.
  • Review project plans, implementation schedules, and technical documents.
  • Provide technical assistance where required, leveraging knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Governance & Reporting:
  • Maintain risk logs.
  • Prepare project status reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes during deployments.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Participate in project calls and track follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Hands-on experience in project coordination or a related field.
