Large-scale Project Leadership

The position requires a professional with extensive experience in project management, tender and bid preparation, government liaison, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with government entities and corporate clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Project leadership: oversee large-scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Tender and bid preparation: develop and submit bids for projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Government liaison: establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project delivery.
  • Compliance management: ensure that all projects are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder engagement: communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and project team members.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong understanding of government tendering processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Existing network within relevant government departments or infrastructure firms
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions
