Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Lead large-scale projects with budgets over 500 crores.
  • Maintain complete project oversight through extensive knowledge of contract agreements, billing procedures, and departmental correspondence.
  • Resolve complex issues such as securing forest permissions, highway permits, and local body approvals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  2. Develop detailed project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  3. Monitor and control project progress by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  4. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  5. Prepare and manage project budgets, controlling costs and achieving targeted profit margins.
  6. Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and regulations.
  7. Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  8. Plan resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted performance.
  9. Understand accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in Irrigation/Water Supply projects is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering. An MBA in Project/Construction/Finance is preferred.
