Project Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our project team, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP drawings for accuracy and optimize them for service efficiency
  • Provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards
  • Support cost estimation and budgeting for the MEP scope
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for successful execution
  • Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards
  • Lead sustainability initiatives (STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, green building)
  • Prepare MIS reports and manage MEP budgets
  • Installation and commissioning of high-end equipment

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role
