Job Overview:

Our team is seeking skilled professionals to take on the role of MEP Sales cum Project Engineers. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business development and overseeing the execution of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing projects.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and prepare comprehensive proposals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement projects efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MEP Sales/Projects (HVAC experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client/site meetings.
