Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong technical and business skills. As an OMP Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including Agile methodologies, project management tools, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with J&J SDLC methodology.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics.
